About the role

Position: IT Asset Operations Support Coordinator Location: Scarborough, Ontario - Onsite Pay Rate: 25.00 - 30.00/hr (rate depends on experience)

*Needs to have experience in ServiceNow working directly with assets

Responsibilities includ es:Monitoring two shared mailboxes for asset updates, handling asset refresh inquiries, and working with Absolu te.Unbox monitor & apply privacy screen on monito rs Power on/ off deskt opsTouchscreen t estSignoff the checkl istPut the tested monitors label outs ideClose the box and place it on the s kidManage operational requests and workflows through Service NowCoordination of inventory tracking, shipment documentation, and other warehouse-related activiti es.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications using Microsoft Outl ookSupport the warehouse team with documentation, shipment tracking, and report ingCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operati onsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend operational enhanceme ntsAssist with inventory tracking and documentation related to incoming and outgoing shipme ntsMiscellaneous it
