A well-established engineering consulting firm is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Water and Wastewater Process Engineer . This role is available in Regina. The team is growing rapidly and they need additional people to mentor and take on more projects. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with 8–10+ years of experience in municipal water and wastewater treatment design. Depending on experience, candidates may join as a Process Engineer focused on design or step into a Project Manager role with full project oversight and client-facing responsibilities.
You’ll work on a range of municipal infrastructure projects—from small-scale system upgrades to complex treatment plant builds valued at $15–20M. The role combines hands-on process design with inter-disciplinary coordination and offers opportunities to contribute during construction and commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop process solutions and technical documentation, including P&IDs, control narratives, and design reports
- Prepare cost estimates and tender packages as part of project delivery
- Coordinate with internal multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient design execution
- Participate in construction support and on-site commissioning as needed
- Engage with municipal clients and, depending on experience, lead project coordination and mentorship of junior staff
Requirements:
- Background in Civil or Environmental Process Engineering with a focus on water and/or wastewater treatment design
- Registered P.Eng (or eligible for registration) in Saskatchewan or other Canadian province
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience in municipal water/wastewater projects
- Proven ability to develop process designs and work across disciplines
- Familiarity with structural, HVAC, controls, and electrical systems is considered an asset
- Experience working with Saskatchewan municipalities is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated client-facing and leadership experience preferred
This role offers a strong path to growth—whether into project management or senior technical leadership. You’ll be joining a collaborative, growing team working on impactful municipal infrastructure across the region.
