About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, the employee will become an expert in Everflow's platform from a technical and feature perspective and act as an expert solutions provider to our internal Customer Support Team. They will successfully maximize customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries/issues
What You'll Do Recurring Tasks and Projects:
- Work with stakeholders and cross functional teams to brainstorm and debug issues
- Create solutions and effectively communicate (written, verbal) those to customers
- Prioritize, answer, and implement creative solutions for customers including performing analysis, definition and development of custom integrations with third-party and proprietary systems
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA and Product resources to escalate critical issues
- Join in Customer calls as technical resource when appropriate
- Help ensure that our internal FAQ and technical resources are organized and up to date
- Participate in testing of new and updated products and provide feedback
Qualifications
- Customer service oriented
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Creative thinker and strategic problem solver
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and orally
- Demonstrate an affinity for SaaS products that handle CRM, Accounting, tracking, analytics and other areas
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with version control, defect tracking (Git, Jira)
- Experience with Google Cloud Services
Compensation Annual Base Salary: $65,000 CAD - $75,000 CAD
