At Tile and Stone Source we are committed to helping our customers make the most informed decisions on their tile, stone, mosaic and ledgestone selections. Often, shopping for tile can be a confusing, complicated, and frustrating experience. We understand that each client has a unique set of needs, and our goal is to create an unrivalled tile shopping experience. For us, "Know Your Tile" means creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our clients. Everything from our procurement of product, to showroom design, to staff training, to client feedback creates the Tile and Stone Source experience.
Our showroom is large: almost 10,000 square feet and growing. We believe in showcasing our products, and displaying them in a way where our clients can see more of it.
All Tile and Stone Source sales associates are trained to understand our products. Our staff are engaged in ongoing training programs to increase their knowledge of technical specifications, applications of various tiles, pros and cons, and installation techniques. Every sales associate is encouraged to take Interior Design courses to help our customers navigate the design process.
