About the role

Securiguard is seeking a driven and results-orientedManager, Partnershipto lead Business Development initiatives in Calgary and the surrounding region.

This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Securiguard's market presence across multiple sectors including healthcare, post-secondary institutions, airports and aviation, ports and marine terminals, technology and corporate campuses, commercial real estate, retail, industrial and energy operations, government organizations, and other critical infrastructure environments.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business while positioning Securiguard as a trusted security solutions provider.

**Location:**Calgary, Alberta

The Day to Day

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Calgary and the surrounding region
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Build strategic relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, and senior leadership across target industries
  • Conduct client meetings and needs assessments to identify security risks and operational requirements
  • Present customized security and risk mitigation solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Prepare competitive proposals and service agreements for prospective clients
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful onboarding and contract transitions for new clients
  • Represent Securiguard at industry events, networking opportunities, and business development initiatives

KnowledgeExperience

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and relationship-based business development
  • Experience developing sales strategies and building long-term client partnerships
  • Knowledge of security services, facilities services, or service-based industries is considered an asset
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and identify areas for growth

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional designations such as**PSP, APP, CPP (ASIS)orCHPA (IAHSS)**are considered strong assets.
  • Ability to work independently while driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License and access to a vehicle for client meetings.
