Your Role At Batesville
As a Working Warehouse Supervisor, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the Vancouver Customer Service Center while reporting to an offsite manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, setting daily work priorities, supporting the team hands-on, and helping ensure customers receive dependable, professional service.
This is a working supervisor position—not a desk-based role. The supervisor is expected to spend approximately 70–80% of the workday on the floor performing hands-on operational work alongside team members, including truck loading and unloading, inventory control, quality checks, and customer service support, while also providing leadership, coaching, and daily direction.

The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range with be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses or other forms of incentive compensation. What You’ll Do
Lead and set daily work activities for the Vancouver CSC team while supporting priorities from the offsite manager. Coordinate the unloading and loading of route trucks, including participating in the physical work required to keep the operation moving. Support inventory accuracy, customer credits/backorders, and general warehouse organization. Provide excellent service to customers by helping ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered with professionalism. Coach associate’s in real time on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service expectations. Help maintain a professional CSC environment, including facility appearance, truck appearance, and driver readiness.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED Minimum of four years related warehouse logistics leadership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in Logistics; or Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university and a minimum of two years in logistics. Ability to lead, coach, and direct daily work activities in a hands-on warehouse or logistics environment. Experience with Order Management Software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support customers, drivers, and internal partners professionally. Positive, team-first approach with a willingness to lead from the floor. Attention to safety and detail Experience working directly with company commercial truck drivers Experience with multi-stop driver routing and dispatch using software Time Management Skills Multi-tasking Skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university Familiarity with Canadian transportation, workplace safety, and warehouse compliance standards.
