About the Role
At Moffatt & Powell RONA, we live by our core values of Caring, Commitment, Community, and Continuous Learning. We’re looking for a Yard & Rooftop Carrier Associate to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service and safe, efficient handling of building materials.
You’ll assist customers in the yard, support deliveries — including rooftop drops — and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers and contractors with loading and securing materials.
- Support rooftop deliveries and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Safely load and unload customer and company vehicles.
- Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
- Operate forklifts and other yard equipment (training provided if needed).
- Verify and process product returns; report damages.
- Participate and follow all health & safety procedures.
- Assist with seasonal yard maintenance, snow removal, and product assembly.
What You Bring
- Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.
