As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Glazing Service Technician to join our Service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects.
What You’ll Do
- Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on windows, doors, curtain wall systems, and other glazing assemblies
- Diagnose issues and carry out repairs independently or alongside a crew
- Install glazing systems while ensuring work meets safety, quality, and performance standards
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Maintain accurate documentation, including work completed, materials used, and site changes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, supervisors, and teammates
- Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Participate in emergency on-call rotations and occasional evening or weekend work as required
- Follow all safety procedures and complete required safety documentation
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 7 years of experience in glazing, construction, or a related trade (required)
- Prior experience with door and window installation or glazing service (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong time management skills, reliability, and a high standard of workmanship
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform overhead work
- A positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset

- Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC
- Type: Full-Time, Onsite
- Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Hourly: $35-$45 (based on experience)
- Reports To: Service & Special Projects Department Manager
