About The Role In this role, you’ll help Cantonese-speaking older adults remain comfortable and independent at home by providing:

Companionship and conversation (especially in Cantonese)

Personal care support (toileting, showering, grooming, hygiene)

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Assistance with errands or appointments

General support to promote safety and well-being

Clear, simple documentation in English using our Care App (training provided)

Requirements Must live in or near Richmond, BC

Fluent in Cantonese and English (for communication and documentation)

Compassionate, reliable, and professional

Minimum 6 months of caregiving or home support experience (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)

Able to pass a criminal background check

CPR/First Aid and Food Safe are assets
