In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to regional road projects, ensuring safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions that connect communities and drive economic growth.

Your Impact

• Lead and deliver regional road construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, managing contractors and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions that enhance road safety and longevity.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, proactively addressing risks and maintaining project timelines.
• Champion sustainability, applying best practices to minimise environmental impact during construction.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Proven experience managing road construction or civil infrastructure projects, ideally in Alberta.
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Transportation standards and municipal guidelines.
• Comfortable working on-site with a focus on health and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900

MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
