As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our Summit Fleet team in Calgary or Ontario. This role represents the front line of our operations, ensuring vehicles stay on the road, clients stay confident, and businesses keep running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert for authorizing service and repair work, ensuring fleets stay operational.
- Deliver outstanding service by consulting with customers and vendors, balancing speed, accuracy, and client needs.
- Analyze and approve repair requests, recommending smart, cost-effective maintenance solutions.
- Leverage vehicle history insights to ensure accurate repair estimates and better decisionmaking.
- Negotiate vendor savings while identifying and sharing trends in fleet maintenance with clients and internal teams.
- Support operations through database management, reporting, and client-facing administrative excellence.
- Manage Summit Fleet MasterCard activations and overrides with accuracy and accountability.

- Ability to navigate fast-paced, multi-system environments with ease.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills—you know how to build trust and rapport.
- A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude that strengthens the team.
- Experience in automotive service or mechanical work is a strong asset.
