Customer Service Representative, Administrative Support (6-months contract)
Purpose of role
The Customer Service Representative, Administrative Support, is accountable for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our Client Support agents.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Send emails and mail Lapse Notices as part of the Lapse Automation Process
- Send email confirmations to Brokers and/or MGA’s
- Assist with filing duties and indexing documents
- Mail letters and cheques
- Update system and notes
- Assist with some transactions in CRM
- Other duties as required
Key Qualifications
- Education (minimum required): Post-secondary education
- Experience (minimum required): 3-5 years of customer service experience with a passion for service excellence is an asset
- Administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet tight timelines under pressure while delivering quality service
