Your New Role
As Commercial Assistant Property Manager, you’ll join a collaborative team responsible for managing a premier downtown office property. Reporting to the Property Manager, you’ll oversee vendor performance, administer service contracts, and ensure seamless tenant communication.
You’ll also support financial operations—assisting with budgeting, reporting, and analyzing operating expenses—while helping manage service requests through the tenant portal and maintaining quality control across all site services. You’ll contribute to tenant retention, manage additional revenue streams (e.g., parking and storage), and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence.
What Sets You Apart
You bring at least 4+ years of property management experience in commercial real estate and have strong communication and organizational skills. You’re confident coordinating contractors, resolving tenant issues, and contributing to a high-volume, high-expectation environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (such as PRISM or Yardi) are key assets.
You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoy working with a team that values professionalism and performance.
