- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble complex parts efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow and troubleshoot any mechanical issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and finished goods within the warehouse or storage areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and suggesting efficiencies.
Experience:
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with assembly processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly is essential for success in this role.
- Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is a strong plus for handling materials safely and efficiently.
- Basic mechanical knowledge helps in understanding product components and troubleshooting minor issues during assembly.
- Experience working on an assembly line or in manufacturing settings will enable you to adapt quickly and contribute effectively from day one.
