As a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Solutions, you'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address complex customer needs. You'll embody TELUS's social purpose in all customer interactions and business practices, while implementing strategic integrated sales management techniques to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in technology solutions including MPLS, business internet, security, SaaS & IaaS, unified cloud communication, mobility, and IoT (Internet of Things). They will have a strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise business solutions sales initiatives for strategic accounts using our Premier Sales Organisation (PSO) methodology
- Drive digital transformation solutions for Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers
- Execute consultative selling approaches to deliver complex business solutions
- Develop C‑level relationships within strategic enterprise accounts
- Manage high‑value business and solutions sales pipeline through Salesforce
Business Solutions Portfolio & Daily Activities
- Develop and sell enterprise network solutions including MPLS and Business Internet
- Drive cloud technology adoption (SaaS, IaaS) through strategic sales proposals
- Execute cybersecurity solutions sales to C‑Suite decision makers
- Manage unified communications and enterprise mobility implementations
- Lead IoT (Internet of Things) solution deployments
- Facilitate digital transformation services and strategic initiatives
- Conduct enterprise‑level contract negotiations
- Maintain strategic account relationships through consultative selling
- Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and sales operations
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or Telecommunications
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on various industries
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments
- Passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges
- Alignment with TELUS's commitment to social responsibility and community impact
- Intermediate knowledge of English is required, because you will, on a regular basis, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
- Bilingual French and English are required for this role

Salary Range:
- $87,000‑$131,000 per year
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:
- $50,000‑$100,000
