Ultra Clear is a leading supplier of bulk automotive fluids delivering to transport companies, car dealerships, commercial job sites etc.

Ultra Clear is currently searching for an experienced delivery driver for local and highway deliveries to work out of our location in Milton, Ontario.

The driver will be operating a tandem axle straight tanker truck with hose reel and pumping system and will carry out deliveries in the Ontario and the surrounding area.

Requirements for this position are:

• Have a valid class DZ license Class 3, with air brake endorsement.
• A clean driver's abstract (Candidate to provide) and must pass a road test performed at driving Academy.
• A clear Criminal background check (Company to conduct)
• Required to wear PPE Safety Equipment.
• Minimum 2 years city and highway driving experience with at least 6 months liquid tanker experience is required.
• Geographical knowledge of Ontario and surrounding area.
• Knowledge of hours of service rules for drivers and use of a handheld device.
• Basic mathematic abilities to complete depletion logs, calculate loading capacity, and calculate gross vehicle weight.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Required to demonstrate good customer service skills while interacting with customers on delivery.
• In addition to the above the successful candidate will need to demonstrate sound judgement to work safely and efficiently.
• The position is primarily city driving so the driver will be home every night. On occasion there will be a requirement for an overnight trip. The driver will be provided with a per diem for these trips.

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be expected to exercise sound judgment, work safely, and communicate effectively to a team. This position is physically demanding and requires pulling, crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling.
