About the role

Oral Care Consultant Part-time: 15 hours per week Mandatory Bilingual (English & French) Overview The Dental Consultant will focus on the oral care need state and play a critical role in accelerating Client growth by optimizing dental professional (DP) knowledge, use, and recommendations. Working in close partnership with the Client’s External Stakeholder Engagement Lead, the Consultant will support the execution of KOL and stakeholder engagement strategies, including coordinating and maintaining ongoing interactions with key stakeholders. While the Consultant plays an important role in enabling and scaling engagement activities, overall strategy, prioritization, and senior relationship ownership remain within the Client organization. The Consultant will help ensure diverse and appropriate representation across KOLs and stakeholders by supporting identification, onboarding, and engagement efforts aligned with established strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities KOL Engagement & Advisory Support Support engagement of existing KOLs and identification of new KOLs aligned with established strategic priorities, including coordination of speaker opportunities and administrative support to secure participation Support ad hoc advisory boards, including KOL coordination, communication of clinical updates, and collection of feedback Conference & Event Execution Support end-to-end execution of national and regional conference engagements—including priority national conferences (PDC, ODA ASM, JDIQ)—including booth and activation preparation, coordination of KOL speakers, and KOL preparation on oral care science and content alignment Provide on-site conference execution support, including logistical coordination, recruitment, training, and management of dental and dental hygiene student ambassadors, and delivery of scientific detailing and subject matter expertise, aligned with established strategic priorities Dental School Engagement Support execution of dental school engagement initiatives, including coordination with ~20 existing schools (e.g., sample distribution and logistics support), outreach to 2–5 new institutions to enable relationship development aligned with Client priorities, and delivery of approximately 20 presentations annually based on requests and engagement plans Professional Education & Content Delivery

Deliver educational and promotional webinar presentations to dental professionals and students, including a minimum of 3 Lunch & Learn sessions per week Track and analyze webinar KPIs on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis (e.g., attendance, timing optimization, survey insights) to inform ongoing execution Support development of digital education by recording “on-demand” content for online use Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations Collaborate with cross-functional Client teams (e.g., Professional Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Ethics & Compliance) to support approval processes and ensure aligned and compliant execution of KOL and DP engagement activities Review brand assets as required and provide input informed by field experience Identify and present new sponsorship opportunities to support dental professional education Additional Support Provide additional support across KOL engagement, professional education, and conference activation initiatives as scope evolves, aligned with Client priorities and defined engagement strategies, and under the direction of the External Stakeholder Engagement Lead Education and Experience Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Dental Professional (Dentist, Dental Hygienist, etc.) with at least 5 years in clinical practice preferred Experience in dental school teaching or professional speaking engagements (e.g., seminars, symposium presentations) is an asset Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of continuing medical education processes and experience supporting KOL engagement is an asset Familiarity with social media platforms used by dental professionals Required Time Commitments Participation in approximately 3 National Conferences and 5 Regional Conferences annually (dates confirmed in advance) Approximately 15 hours per week, inclusive of preparation and delivery time
