If you are an experienced HVAC Technician who is confident installing complete heating and cooling systems and has experience with air conditioning and HVAC controls, we’d love to hear from you. WHAT WE OFFER: GREAT PAY Our Custom Homes HVAC Finals Tech earns a competitive wage of $25.00-$40.00/hr, based on experience and experience. STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE You'll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. OUR IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES HVAC FINALS TECH: We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications: 2nd Year, 3rd Year, 4th Year or Journeyperson certification level Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation, preferably in custom home projects Strong knowledge of high-end HVAC systems, including zoning, radiant heating, and heat pump technologies Experience with HVAC controls, low-voltage wiring, and system commissioning. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Experience with ductwork fabrication and refrigerant line installation Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work Strong communication skills Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record And who can manage these responsibilities: Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in high-end custom homes Install, wire, and commission HVAC controls, thermostats, zoning systems, and control components.
