The Role Ideal Siding is looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented IT Support & WordPress Administrator. This is a business operations and technology support role that involves working with people just as much as working with technology. If you enjoy helping people, solving practical problems, and ensuring systems work seamlessly behind the scenes, this is the perfect opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work/Life Balance: 36-hour work week and a flexible schedule! Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Admin: Set up hardware, user accounts, and permissions for employees and franchisees. Administer Google Workspace, CRM, LMS, and other core applications. Tech Support: Provide first-level support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. Website Management: Administer WordPress websites, including user access, plugins, basic updates, and vendor coordination (DNS, SSL, Cloudflare). System Coordination: Maintain accurate tech inventory, coordinate equipment purchases/repairs, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure system reliability.
What You Bring to the Table (Required) 1–2 years of experience in IT support, business systems administration, or customer support. Minimum 1 year of experience administering or maintaining WordPress websites. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and managing cloud-based SaaS user accounts. Basic understanding of both Windows and macOS environments. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!) Experience with CRM, LMS, software licensing, or user provisioning. Basic HTML/CSS, DNS management, Cloudflare, or website hosting platforms. Familiarity with Make, Zapier, Airtable, AI productivity tools, or reporting platforms.
