For this position, the expected salary range is between $90,000 and $105,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications. We also offer additional incentives such as a annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.

Job Description:
- Manage multiple strategic projects using Finning’s Project Management and Continuous Improvement Methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project charters and roadmaps in collaboration with Business Owners, Process Owners, and key stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, removing barriers, and ensuring accountability for results.
- Monitor project performance against established KPIs, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion project management best practices and continuous improvement principles, fostering a culture of operational excellence within the organization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Leads and team members, supporting their development and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Identify and mitigate risks by analyzing potential challenges and implementing proactive solutions to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership, summarizing progress, risks, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to change management models, supporting smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on business improvement and change management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project, Gant Charting, Visio, and advanced MS Office skills.
- Training in Process Management, Change Management, Quality Management, and/or Lean Methodologies preferred.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; comfortable managing ambiguity and driving results.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Caterpillar organization and mining industry is an asset.

- This position is based out of our Kamloops branch location.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- Monday – Friday, 5x2 schedule.
