Marketing Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional marketing talent.
In this role, you’ll be a key member of a global marketing team, serving as the Product Manager responsible for shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Canadian commercial team by delivering high-impact campaigns and driving brand growth through innovative, measurable omnichannel tactics.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital HCP journeys and omnichannel campaigns, using insights to continuously optimize engagement.
- Localize global HCP-focused print and digital assets to align with brand strategy and Canadian regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with agencies and internal teams.
- Manage approval workflows for all HCP materials and campaigns, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Partner with the global team to develop unbranded patient engagement strategies and tactics.
- Create or adapt compelling patient education materials and tools for digital deployment.
- Oversee product website and campaign performance, including monitoring and analytics.
- Cultivate and manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure high-quality patient education materials.
- Act as a cross-functional connector, gathering feedback from sales and public affairs teams and ensuring alignment across goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategies.
- Proven digital marketing expertise, including proficiency with analytics tools to measure impact and optimize performance.
- Demonstrated success in HCP and/or consumer healthcare marketing, with a deep understanding of industry nuances.
Desired Requirements:
- Solid understanding of PAAB/ASC regulations and compliance workflows.
- Basic graphic design skills to support creative execution.
- Collaborative team player who thrives on brainstorming and sparring to spark fresh ideas.
- Energized by fast-paced environments and skilled at managing multiple priorities with ease.
