Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Performance
- Provide executive oversight for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of all stabilized assets across multifamily, commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year capital planning across the portfolio.
- Hold P&L ownership and accountability for asset performance, reporting directly to the President.
Property Operations, Leasing & Marketing
- Oversee all property management teams to ensure best-in-class operational standards, resident experience, compliance, and risk management.

Development Integration & Revenue Stabilization
- Act as the operational voice in design and development decisions for new construction and redevelopment projects.
- Provide strategic input on unit mix, amenities, finishes, building systems, and long-term operating considerations.
- Lead the revenue stabilization process for new developments from pre-lease through full stabilization and closeout.
Capital Planning, Renovations & Value-Add Projects
- Oversee large-scale capital improvement programs, renovations, and repositioning strategies.
- Evaluate, model, and approve investment decisions related to capex, lifecycle maintenance, and asset upgrades.
- Ensure long-term capital plans align with financial and operational goals.
Portfolio Growth & Diversification
- Support strategic expansion into new asset classes, including data centers and agriculture.
- Provide leadership through underwriting, due diligence, and feasibility assessments for new investment opportunities.
- Establish operational frameworks and best practices in emerging verticals.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of asset managers, leasing and marketing professionals, and operational leaders.
- Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to support rapid organizational growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate asset management, with significant oversight across multifamily, commercial, retail, and mixed-use portfolios.
- Proven track record managing large, complex assets with full P&L accountability.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial, owner-managed environment, demonstrating sound judgment, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.
