Lead Engine Programmer - F/M/NB
About the role
Why do we need a Lead Engine Programmer?
As the Lead Engine programmer for Age of Bharat, You will be responsible for directing the engine teams on various technical topics such as Rendering, Platforms, Animation, Network, and Unreal engine. You will lead a team of 8-12 engineers with the help of associate lead programmers, and work closely with other teams like Tech Art, GPPs, Art and Design to achieve the best visual and technical quality while maintaining performances at their target.

Oversee the development and optimization of the game engine (Unreal engine experience strongly recommended), ensuring it meets the project’s technical requirements.

Lead a team of engine programmers (AAA game experience mandatory), providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless engine integration with gameplay, art, and design.

Developped systems and technologies are optimized, extensible and reusable1. First conversation (20 min) by video call with Arthur (Recruiter) and Tushar (Lead Tech): To learn more about your experience, your expectations and Novaquark/TARA Gaming
2. Technical interview (1 hour) via video call with Colin (Lead Tech) and Tushar (Lead Tech): To assess your technical skills
