In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and build a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve long-term strategic objectives.
  • Represent the company externally through partnerships, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives.

What it takes:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field, plus 10+ years of experience in business development or management within a regulated environment.
  • Proven expertise in commercial strategy, carbon markets, and regulatory frameworks, with experience in complex negotiations and market-based opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, risk analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence policy and represent the organization externally.

Our engaging workplace offers a wide range of challenging opportunities, while being safe, inclusive, and diverse. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, while supporting life-long career development. We also encourage volunteerism and nourish the need to give back to your community.
