We’re looking for a seasoned, ambitious Senior Account Executive who thrives in full-cycle selling, builds strong relationships, and closes deals. You’ll join a tight-knit team in our Belleville office and take ownership of high-quality opportunities across North America.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive at TruckRight, you’ll be a true full-cycle seller:
- Identify and research high-potential fleets across North America
- Drive smart, targeted outbound via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn
- Qualify and follow up on warm inbound leads
- Book and lead discovery calls that reveal prospect pain
- Deliver personalized, high-impact software demos
- Own pricing conversations and close deals
- Travel to trade shows and industry events to build relationships with prospects
- Maintain detailed pipeline hygiene in our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Hit your number, celebrate wins, and grow your commissions
This is a commission-driven role with a 60/40 base to variable structure and no cap on commissions.
Reps who follow the process and stay hungry can expect to exceed $130,000 OTE.
Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales

You’ve owned a number, beat quota, and closed multi-stakeholder deals

Strong phone, email and demo skills

An interest in tech, business, and the logistics space

Driven, self-managed, and coachable

Full-time availability to work from our Belleville office, Monday–Friday

Able to travel to 10+ North American industry events per year

Bonus points for transportation/logistics experience and/or SaaS experience
