About the role

What you’ll do

As Operations Integration Coordinator, you will be responsible for bringing together all promotional materials for Sport Chek stores across the country, as well as supporting all store events and community initiatives. The Operations Integration Coordinator will be the owner of the stores’ workload planning tool, maintaining it with accuracy and timely updates.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Coordinate and distribute promotional materials for Sport Chek stores across the country, ensuring timely and accurate delivery by utilizing strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Support the planning and execution of store events and community initiatives, from concept to completion, using strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain the stores’ workload planning tool with accuracy and timely updates, balancing priorities and providing clear communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Retail Operations and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Promo, Pricing, and Merchandising, facilitating collaboration and ensuring cohesive project execution.
  • Develop and enhance promotional communication resources using AI and technology, ensuring all promotional activities are clearly communicated to stakeholders with meticulous attention to detail.

What you bring

  • University Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of retail stores and corporate structure.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders are critical to success in this role.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years experience in retail operations, event planning and execution, or related field.
