Main duties include: loading and unloading the dishwasher, paying close attention to clean appearance of individual items, maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef and Line Cooks with necessary tasks and following opening and closing procedures. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Need to be comfortable working in a high-temperature, high-pressure environment during peak service hours.

The wage for this role is $19.33 per hour plus gratuities. This role is a seasonal summer contract that will run up until October 2026.
