About the role
This position supports organizational excellence and operational efficiency. As a Business Analyst within the ERP Systems team, you will be a key contributor to SIGA’s operational excellence and digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with business units to understand their priorities and processes, translating them into effective ERP and enterprise application solutions. This role combines business process analysis, system configuration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure technology aligns with organizational goals. Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities include: Providing leadership in process definition, standards development, business process design, and documentation, in enterprise application support. Carrying out research and analysis, using a wide variety of tools and methods, to develop a strong understanding of client needs and potential application solutions. Leading system analysis, configuration, process design, documentation and change management implementation. Working with end-users and technical teams to investigate and assist in resolving application issues and problems reported with end-users and technical teams to investigate and assist in resolving application issues and reported problems. Participating in ERP application upgrades and planning other projects and activities as required, to ensure the support and implementation of business applications that meet organizational needs.
Education
A minimum of a 2-year post-secondary diploma in a related field such as Commerce, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline.
A certificate in Business Analyst would be an asset
Experience
5 years' experience in end user support of Human Resources, Finance and related ERP systems.
Knowledge of SQL reporting
Knowledge of data warehousing and Business Intelligence systems
Knowledge in import/export of data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
Knowledge of Enterprise software applications such as Point-of-Sale System, Employment Management, Financials, HRIS or Payroll

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
