About the role
Position : Physiotherapists (Multiple positions)
Program: WSBC Programs
Locations: Surrey Multiple Sites (Newton, Cloverdale, North Surrey, South Surrey) - locations are flexible and based on mutual agreement
Status: Part-time to Full-time Employee or Contractor
Hours of Work: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 15 hrs/week availability to 37.5 hrs/week. To be mutually agreed upon
Compensation: As employee: $43–$53/hour (compensation depends on experience, education, and internal equity)
As contractor: competitive fee split
Start Date: Flexible

Key Responsibilities:
WSBC Programs:
- Work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, Psychologists/Clinical Counselors and Case Managers
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and stakeholders
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in rehabilitation or return-to-work services
- Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting is preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Interest in vocational rehabilitation and continuous professional growth
- Vehicle is essential
