Responsibilities

Tasks

Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas Develop specific plans to prioritize Direct farm feed inventory activities Handling animals Monitoring animal health Organize tasks to accomplish the work Treat livestock health issues Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Formulate feeding program Maintain livestock performance records Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Hire and train staff Perform general farm duties
