Crû Physiotherapy and Pilates blends high quality Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, and group Pilates all into one! Our unique clinic is looking for skilled and specialised Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary team. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and are interested in spreading that passion throughout our community!
Job Title: Full-Time Physiotherapist
Location: Crû Physiotherapy and Pilates, 9861 89 Ave NW #300 Edmonton, AB T6E 3Y3 Position Type: Full-Time Contracted Start Date: August 2026 (Flexible) Compensation: Commission-based Hours: Monday-Friday base, with Saturday as an option

Our team is passionate about guiding clients toward their health and wellness goals with individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice. We’re excited to be expanding our Physiotherapy services and are looking for a dedicated, skilled Physiotherapist to join our collaborative team on a part-time basis. Our beautiful studio in the heart of Millcreek features a spacious gym with a treadmill, spin bike, squat rack, extensive weight selection, and more. Beyond traditional equipment, we also offer state-of-the-art recovery tools including Normatec and Game Ready.
Role Summary
As a Physiotherapist at Crû, you will assess, treat, and manage clients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a key role in developing personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans and helping clients recover function, reduce pain, and improve their overall well-being. You will also have the opportunity to work in a clinic that integrates movement-based rehabilitation, including Clinical Pilates, Group Pilates Classes and strength and conditioning.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions Educate clients on their condition, treatment options, and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with other health professionals to support comprehensive care Contribute to the growth of our clinic’s wellness programming and community engagement
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on assessment/treatment skills Experience treating a variety of orthopedic/ musculoskeletal conditions in various populations Asset: Experience in specialized skills (e.g. Needling, joint manipulation, sports rehab etc.)
Asset: More than 2 years of clinical practice
Asset: Experience coaching group Pilates classes Asset: Certified in Clinical Pilates or willing to enroll in upcoming Clinical Pilates Course

Proficiency in specialized Physiotherapy techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to client-centered care and service excellence Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Passion for ongoing learning and professional development Positive, compassionate, and community-minded
