Position: Word and PDF Experts
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $20 - $55/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review, edit, and format Word and PDF documents to professional standards. Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across complex files. Create and maintain dynamic forms and templates in Word and PDF. Extract, organize, and validate data from document-based sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality. Support compliance-focused document workflows and secure document handling. Train stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF tools and best practices.
Requirements
Strong experience with Microsoft Word and PDF editing tools. Expertise in document formatting, tracked changes, and version control. Experience creating forms, templates, and handling digital signatures. Strong understanding of secure document handling and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
