We are currently looking for a Marketing Expert, Americas to join our B2B Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, B2B Americas, this role will lead the execution of regional marketing initiatives, driving growth and strengthening Lovehoney Group brands across America.

What you will do

  • Lead the regional execution of marketing plans for Lovehoney Group brands, including We-Vibe.
  • Prepare, implement, and report on quarterly regional marketing plans and budgets.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for product launches in line with global marketing toolkits and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement B2B and B2B2C campaigns and promotions to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with design and content experts to create region-specific assets across all touchpoints (POS, training materials, sales presentations, webinars, trade advertising, etc.).
  • Partner with Account Managers to design tailored, performance-driven marketing programs for key accounts.
  • Track, manage, and report on program budgets and campaign results.
  • Ensure brand identity compliance across all channels and activations.
  • Provide regional insights, requirements, and best practices to Global Marketing.
  • Manage and track point-of-sale and merchandising item inventories.
  • Supervise and mentor a Marketing Working Student or Specialist.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you should bring

  • Proven experience in marketing execution, ideally within B2B and/or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future activities.
  • Knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to innovate and drive brand growth in the Americas region.
