Job Description

UAP’s Strategy & Growth team is a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team responsible for maximizing value through optimization, growth, and transformation, empowering the organization to think innovatively and creatively through trusted strategic advisory and partnership.

We are seeking a highly strategic analyst to serve as a critical partner to executive leadership. You will leverage advanced analytics to guide business strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and inform decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex and diverse data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key insights.

  • Partner with senior executives to deliver clear, data-driven insights, and recommendations that inform corporate strategy and planning.

  • Translate sophisticated analytical findings into compelling presentations tailored for C-suite audiences.

  • Design, develop, and enhance strategic BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights throughout the organization.

  • Collaborate with BI teams and business stakeholders to automate reports, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

  • Support the planning, tracking, and analysis of UAP’s portfolio of strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor initiative progress, financials, risks, resources, and key performance metrics.

  • Provide analytical support to facilitate informed decision-making within the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business, data science, economics, statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required.

  • Expertise in analytical techniques (regression, clustering) and tools (SQL, Python/R, Alteryx).

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, orally and in writing. This role involves frequent collaboration with senior leadership.
