What You’ll Accomplish With Us As an Agency Support Agent, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide high-quality service to external clients, advisors, and the Sales Director.
- Support the sales force by managing requests related to changes of representatives, incoming transfers, sales force movements, compensation, career development, entry of administrative expenses, and orders for customized products.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the sales force and, when necessary, direct requests to the appropriate specialties within the Career Support and Services Centre team.
- Work closely with the Agency Director (participation in meetings, distribution of internal communications, organization of activities).
- Manage the Director’s calendar.
- Compile data.
- Draft letters and administrative documents as needed.
- Ensure the onboarding and integration of new advisors within the Career agency.

- Has two years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in French, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with a French-speaking external clientele on a regular basis.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in English, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with an English-speaking external clientele on a regular basis.
