The Role The Role The Senior Learning & Change Consultant will lead the design and delivery of learning strategies that accelerate adoption of new technologies and ways of working. This role is pivotal in shaping the learning experience for impacted users, leaders, and technical teams during enterprise transformations.

You will conduct learning needs analyses, facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders, and design multi-module learning programs that support both system implementation and behavioral change. You’ll bring deep expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), leadership development, and end-to-end change management, including Prosci-certified practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead learning needs assessments to uncover capability gaps and opportunities across impacted user groups.
  • Design and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to co-create curriculum and learning journeys.
  • Develop and deliver multi-module learning packages tailored to technical implementations and new ways of working.
  • Integrate leadership development into transformation programs, equipping leaders to drive and sustain change.
  • Apply Prosci and other change management methodologies to ensure learning is embedded in broader OCM strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning with business outcomes, adoption metrics, and transformation goals.
  • Champion an AI-enabled mindset, leveraging intelligent tools to personalize learning and enhance user experience.
  • Coordinate and manage learning programs from strategy through execution, including facilitation of sessions and stakeholder engagement.

Your Future at Kyndryl As a Learning & Change Consultant, you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, collaborating with Architects, Project Managers, and Technical SMEs. You’ll work as part of the Outcome & Change team within the Enterprise Transformation portfolio , contributing to strategic initiatives that drive meaningful impact across client organizations.

You’ll have access to world-class learning platforms and certifications, and contribute to the evolution of our enablement methodologies and intellectual capital. Your work will shape how leaders and teams adopt new technologies and ways of working, ensuring transformation success through human-centered learning.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, and program management.
  • Proven experience conducting learning needs analysis for technology implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
  • Skilled in workshop facilitation with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience designing curriculum for system rollouts and behavioral change.
  • Background in leadership development and executive enablement.
  • Prosci certification and hands-on experience in end-to-end change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate enterprise learning programs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and mindset for personalized learning and transformation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives involving cloud, data platforms, or AI.
