POSITION Personal Butler For Female Principal UAE
LOCATION Abu Dhabi | UAE
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Personal Butler will provide dedicated, discreet, and highly personalised service to a female member of a royal family within a prestigious private palace. Acting as the Principal's primary point of support, this role ensures her daily routines, lifestyle preferences, and personal requirements are seamlessly managed. The Butler will anticipate needs, oversee the smooth execution of daily schedules, and deliver exceptional service with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and the utmost discretion
Qualifications / Skills
- Background in luxury hospitality, private households, or royal service
- Exceptional attention to detail and refined service skills, including wardrobe care, table service, and personal presentation
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage complex daily schedules
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and unobtrusive manner
- Proven discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Culturally aware, respectful of traditions, and adaptable to palace protocols
- Fluent English
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Butler, in a private estate or luxury environment
- Skilled in wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and wardrobe inventory systems
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements, assisting preparedness for personal appointments, and preparing itineraries
- Capable of accompanying the Principal to events, outings, and travel, ensuring seamless service throughout
- Confident liaising with household, security, and external service providers on behalf of the Principal
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised day-to-day butler service to the Principal with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily routines, appointments, and personal engagements
- Oversee wardrobe care, clothing preparation, packing, and unpacking for travel and events
- Serve meals and beverages to luxury standards, ensuring preferences and etiquette are meticulously followed
- Accompany the Principal to external appointments, events, and international travel as required
- Support the Principal with personal shopping, gift preparation, correspondence, and special requests
- Proactively anticipate needs and adapt to preferences, ensuring a seamless and supportive environment
SALARY AED to be negotiated according experience.
