About the role
OTT Financial Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, connect cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues and develop timely solutions.
Duties:
• Work with the management team to understand the problem, define it, narrow its scope, and then specify the requirements for a solution; • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for performance improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge; • Prepare reports and advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery; • Participate in the design, development, integration, test and implementation of systems business solutions; • Coordinate and liaison with staff from technical department and other units; • Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements.
**Qualifications required: ** • Previous relevant experience is required; • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Information Systems is required; • Understand basics of software development processes, basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis, comfort with productivity tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and requirements tracking systems like JIRA and/or Confluence; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements; • Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy; • Excellent communications and documentation skills.
Classification: Full-time，35 hours per week
**Salary and benefits: ** Annual Salary: $83,000 extended medical insurance 10 paid vacation days
