Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Process Automation Specialist - Cybersecurity Enablement. You will collaborate directly with cybersecurity professionals to translate operational workflows into scalable, automated solutions, leveraging AI, low-code tools, and modern workflow platforms. This position offers the opportunity to support a strategic AI adoption initiative within a dynamic, security-focused environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $72.46/hr – $86.96/hr
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand workflows, pain points, and operational needs Design and propose automation solutions and AI-assisted workflows using low-code/no-code platforms Identify recurring patterns in processes to build reusable automation components Support the assessment, prioritization, and progression of AI and automation use cases Coordinate with platform owners and technical teams to define requirements and parameters for build Evaluate existing workflows and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency
Desired Skill-Set
3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries Proven ability to convert complex processes into automated workflows Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate) Strong understanding of AI concepts including large language models, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems Experience in consulting, solution design, and requirement gathering Ability to identify and synthesize patterns across multiple use cases
Nice to Have
Exposure to cybersecurity, risk management, or information security environments Certifications such as PL-900, AI-900, Power Platform, or Azure AI Knowledge of broader enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, ServiceNow) Familiarity with structured AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives
