Summary of Position
The position is primarily in charge of sales and repairs involving customers
Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the duties and responsibilities of Refurbished Device Technician, and Sales Representative
- Complete onboarding training and keep up to date with new training assigned to the role on an ongoing basis
- Organize and sort repair parts into their proper physical locations at all times
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with Devices
- Keep workstation clean and consistent with the workstation planogram, Safety, ESD, and maintain all of the required tools needed for repairs
- Shipping and Receiving of Packages, and inventory counts
- Processing Used Parts and RMA Inventory
- Complete repairs on Mobile devices, Computers, Consoles, and various other devices
- Assist customers with all sales related matters (customer support, repair(s) check in, product sales, warranty claims, Bell sales, returns, etc.) always offering the best solution and performing all related tasks and duties as trained
- Ensure customers are satisfied and adequately taken care of, at all times; providing the highest quality customer service.
- Aim to achieve sales targets and exceeding metrics set by management
- Use and develop basic diagnostic skills to Check-in devices for repair
- Answer customer inquiries from incoming calls via company telephone and web applications related to the store location of employment.
- Perform Opening and closing duties
- Assist in upkeep with storefront hygiene, organization, and consistency with the proper physical locations
- Comply with all Health and Safety Procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in English language speaking
Skills
- Diligent, Organized, and detail oriented
- Efficient problem solving skills
- Working in a fast paced high pressure environment
Location
Employment for this role will take place at their own Marnics Store location 100% of the time
