As a Senior Consultant, Talent Attraction [Temporary 16 Months] , you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders across the Firm and support a wide range of experienced‑hire recruitment needs.
What You’ll Do As part of our award-winning Talent Attraction team, your responsibilities will include :
- Recruiting top talent for mid to senior level experienced hire positions across Canada as part of a high-performing, award-winning team
- Leveraging online recruiting tools and our in-house Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance, market insight, and recruitment expertise
- Inspiring candidates by enthusiastically promoting the Firm’s employer brand and value proposition
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and teams across the Firm; while the role is based in Toronto, you will partner with stakeholders nationwide
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience, recognizing that every interaction matters and that every touch leaves a trace
- Thriving in a highly collaborative, award-winning team environment alongside experienced recruiting professionals who support and challenge each other to do their best work

- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an agency or corporate environment
- You hold an undergraduate degree (preferred)
- You possess cold calling experience and you’re not shy at picking up the phone
- You have superior research, sourcing and writing skills, including an ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. And throughout the process you always demonstrate high levels of diplomacy and tact, maintaining professional integrity at all times.
- You’ve started to experiment with AI for sourcing and/or talent mapping
- You build such deep rapport with people that you can easily have the honest conversations that you know are needed to help achieve our organizational goals
- You can create compelling candidate profiles that speak to the business objectives as well as candidate strengths
- Your friends and family see you as a passionate person with a cool head, a warm heart, and a wonderful sense of humour
- You have great business acumen and can make links between what’s happening in the wider world and how we need to respond to help our clients, colleagues and communities thrive
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel

We benchmark regularly across a wide spectrum of roles, industries, sectors, and levels to ensure our ranges are both competitive and current . But we don’t stop there. We also consider the unique strengths, experiences, and impact each individual brings to the table. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors— your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 in Toronto, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
