About the Role
We’re looking for a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) to join our team on a straight day shift. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn to maintain and repair a company-owned fleet, working alongside experienced technicians. You will:
- Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues;
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections;
- Support brake, suspension, and component repairs;
- Learn to use diagnostic software and tools;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.
You’ll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light-duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.
About You
- Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3);
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn;
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools;
- Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated;
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Clear wage progression:
- Level 1: $26–30/hr.
- Level 2: $30–34/hr.
- Level 3: $34–38/hr.
Schedule & stability:
- Straight day shift (Monday - Friday), no rotating shifts
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week, year-round work
- Overtime opportunities available
