Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada) Job Type: 1 year Contract / Permanent
About the Role We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Coordinator (OCM – Prosci Certified) to support enterprise change and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Support project coordination and PMO activities Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues Coordinate stakeholder communication and reporting Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities using Prosci methodology Assist with training, communication, and user adoption activities Must-Have Requirements 8+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or similar roles Prosci Certified in Organizational Change Management (OCM) Experience in large-scale change or digital transformation programs Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
