Don't miss out - apply today! - Wage: $42.62 - $51.57 base wage - Paid Time Off in Year 1: Vacation, sick and 7 days flex time - 5.75% Employer paid pension, plus up to 1% additional - 6% voluntary Employee Share Purchase, earns 2% Finning match - 100% Employer paid medical benefits - CAT certified training: Additional certifications and skill development paid for by Finning Job Description: Troubleshoot and repair equipment Condition reporting Verifying components due to CAT reusability guidelines Operation bench testing pieces Operation of engine dynos Interface with customers, product, and sales support Working with supervisors on various tasks Equipment and facility continuous improvements Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment Various related duties as required Qualifications: Journeyperson Certification (Heavy Equipment, Truck and Transport, Agriculture, Automotive) Apprentices will be considered based on experience Dedication to safety Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal Understanding of the Caterpillar product line will be considered an asset Engine and/or component rebuilding experience would be considered an asset Transmission or Hydraulic testing would be considered an asset Previous gas engine and power generation experience would be considered an asset Experience with SIS (Service Information System), ET and warranty systems considered assets Important Notes: This position is based in Tisdale on a Monday - Friday Shift A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
