Job Description
The Operational Excellence team’s mission is to identify, develop, optimize, and implement best business practices and processes to achieve excellence across our 600 stores and 15 distribution centers. We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual ready to support the Continuous Improvement Specialists team as well as the shared services analytics center by assisting with various strategic initiatives and projects.
Main Responsibilities

Analyze performance indicators related to store and distribution center operations.

Support the design of layouts, product slotting, and process automation.

Document processes, procedures, and training modules, and contribute to identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Actively participate in the deployment and follow-up of new procedures or policies.

Prepare performance reports, analyze variances, and communicate with management teams.

Ensure continuous updates to documentation related to operational processes.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:

College or university degree in operations management, mathematics, statistics, engineering, actuarial science, or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, project management, planning, or continuous improvement

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio. Initial experience in a continuous improvement environment is an asset.

Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written. You will collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada.
