Job Description
Under the supervision of the Sector Manager, Payroll and CSP, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining employee files in the HR system (SAP) for the assigned client base (unionized and/or non-unionized). In support of managers, employees and the human resources team, the incumbent will ensure the proper management of benefit programs and will be the point of contact for all questions related to human resources management activities, and other programs offered by the company.
Responsibilities

Ensure the administrative management (SAP HR) of employee files

Enter and validate all personnel movements and changes to employee files in the SAP HR system

Collaborate in the integration process of new employees for all aspects related to benefits

Inform employees on human resources policies and procedures

Ensure the proper management of the various benefit programs (group insurance, RRSPs, travel benefits, etc.) in collaboration with the various internal and external stakeholders

Produce, analyze and distribute various reports (bank balance, headcount, etc.)

Act as a point of contact for employees, internal partners, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- DEC in human resources, administration or any other related discipline;
- Two to three years of relevant experience in human resources;
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset);
- Knowledge of the HR module of SAP or an integrated human resources management system (an asset);
- Good knowledge of benefits programs (an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software;
- Thoroughness, efficiency and high level of organization;
- Ability to perform well on different files simultaneously in a high volume environment;
- Customer orientation, autonomy and very good team spirit;
- Oral and written fluency in French and English *
- Workplace at 300 Léo-Pariseau in Montreal or telework. (Attendance at the office is required once a week)
- A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.

Job Description
