What the job involves

  • We are launching our first 12-month Commercial FutureVoices Programme, which is a 12-month programme designed to fast-track you into the world of Voice AI
  • From day one, you’ll take ownership of a dedicated territory, learning how to identify opportunity, engage decision-makers, and convert conversations into meaningful commercial outcomes
  • This is more than booking meetings, you’ll act as a strategic growth driver, building pipeline, shaping early-stage customer conversations, and partnering closely with our Sales team to influence revenue generation
  • You’ll leverage cutting-edge Voice AI technology, premium research tools, and structured sales methodologies to maximise your impact and develop the foundations of a high-performance commercial career

  • Voice AI Expertise: Learn the fundamentals of Voice AI technology, market trends, and competitive positioning in a fast-growing industry
  • Commercial Communication Skills: Build the confidence and communication skills to engage senior decision-makers and generate new business opportunities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Build hands-on experience with calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create real pipeline opportunities
  • Structured Discovery: Conduct effective fact-finding conversations to uncover business challenges and identify solutions
  • Collaborate on Growth Plans: Work with the Sales Team to design and execute monthly prospecting strategies
  • Strengthen Research Skills: Identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn, research tools, and CRM systems
  • Own Performance Metrics: Work towards clear activity targets and measurable KPIs that drive success
  • Build CRM & Organisation Skills: Maintain accurate records and manage opportunities within professional CRM platforms
  • Create a Clear Career Path: Build the commercial foundations for progression into enterprise sales, account management, or leadership roles
