About the role

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + annual bonus

This Executive Assistant opportunity goes far beyond traditional admin support - it's your chance to partner with a group of senior consultants at a global leadership advisory firm known for working with some of the world's most influential organizations.

Based in downtown Vancouver, this hybrid role blends executive support, project coordination, and client interface in a fast-paced, highly professional environment where discretion, agility, and precision are key.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and manage executive calendars across global time zones

  • Serve as a key liaison between senior consultants, clients, and candidates

  • Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and confidential materials

  • Lead the logistical coordination of client and candidate meetings

  • Maintain internal systems (CRM, project trackers) and ensure process accuracy

  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit support team in a high-trust, low-ego environment

Skills and profile we're looking for:

  • 5-10 years of experience supporting senior leaders in consulting, financial, legal, or professional services

  • Proven ability to manage fast-moving priorities with accuracy and calm

  • Tech-savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office and internal systems (CRM experience is a plus)

  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to act with discretion and initiative

  • A collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
