Location: Logistics Yard (Concord, Ontario) - There is no remote/hybrid opportunities for this position.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Annual salary: $55,000-$60,000 (CAD) (Based on qualification, skill and experience)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process client work orders.
  • Utilize work management system for management (WMS) of client work orders and book locates through the WMS;
  • Receive locates and provide to the superintendent for field operations;
  • Provide administrative support for payroll, to be processed at head office;
  • Receive and process completed work orders from the field operations and bill through the WMS:
  • Review billing response from client;
  • Provide billing information to the accounting department for final invoicing;
  • Review scheduling and completion timelines with superintendent and provide to client;
  • Completion and processing of municipal permits;
  • Complete additional assignments and responsibilities as requested by Management;

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education/College Diploma - Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management seen as an asset
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
  • Proficient in the English language (written and oral) with strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines and work under strict time constraints
  • Be self-motivated and driven
  • Civil construction experience an asset
