Your job Analyze and structure cross-functional reporting needs, ensuring consistency between operational, tactical and executive levels Define and evolve reporting frameworks (indicators, narratives, frequencies) Analyze, document and evolve the CTO's cross-functional governance processes (committees, roles, decision-making mechanisms) Support the preparation of structured content for accountability bodies and committees. Play the role of facilitator between stakeholders to ensure high quality content in a smooth process

Prerequisites Completed bachelor's or master's degree, related to the sector of activity and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience; Experience in business process improvement and analysis Experience in reporting and project management Experience in research, market intelligence, synthesis and executive writing Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Have the ability to popularize technical or specialized information at an executive level Comfortable working in a cross-functional team, managing multiple priorities, or ambiguous situations and challenging complex topics Knowledge of banking and the information security industry are assets.
